Hi Aston,
Just wanted to let you know that I am a great fan of your food and what you are trying to do, by bringing great value western food at reasonable prices.
However, had a really bad experience on 15 Oct ard 10 plus PM.
Went to order a extra cut ribeye for my supper (medium).
But what I got was a very very rare steak. It was so bloody that it was cold in my mouth.
Got them to recook it, but the taste was no longer there and plus the fact it was still not cooked medium. Best part was that the food was served with no forks or knives.
Wehn i wanted to go and pay my bill, the server walked past me and poured water for another customer when it was very clear that my cup was empty for some time.
So i paid my bill and left a very disppointed customer.
