I will be visiting your new branch soon! Anyway why didn't Astons consider opening an outlet in NTU? since NUS already has one? My classmates are all dying to try your food. :)

why don't astons open more outlet at north? since north area has better potential

I just went down to try Astons at The Cathay and it is a great place to have dinner and chill out with friends at such a place with great ambience, delicious food and the price is friendly to the pocket too!

Great job guys!

I just went to east coast astons for lunch and i found something at lemon wedges for my lemon chix. It is a strand of hair.It is bad experience to found a hair. Hope the astons will improve about it.

I've been to Astons at The Cathay 4 times and I love the food every time and truly value for money.

However, what dampened my experience 3 out of 4 times (and my friends' too) was the slow service. We even had to repeat our request for water before it's served. I really hope Astons would improve it service as I do plan to introduce more friends to the restaurant and do not wish to always put up disclaimer ("Food is great and good value for money but gotta bear with slow service") every time!

its as simple as ABC. astons does not care about customers.Either he or she is too busy to care or she simply does want to bother now that they have grown bigger. i have been a customer with them since they started back in katong coffeshop and it is truly disappointing to see how they have back slided on their service and good quality. How many times do we customers have to complain about service and food standards before he or she responds.i suggest just hitting them where they hurt and start boycotting them.i have already given up on eating at the katong branch because of the terrible service.unless there is any chance of improvement i reckon they are going to lose alot of customers in the days to come.

Hi,

Wow, you are expending fast the last few months. Will you consider opening a branch at Pasir Ris maybe at the E-hub which is quite a crowd-puller since you have open 2 branches at Tampines? Residents of Pasir Ris will appreciate that.
Thank you.

Been there 7 times in 2 months.
food is value for money, but the service and attention of the staff is really poor.
especially in dining groups of more than 4 persons. you are bound to be served the wrong side dish or wrong doneness..
GURANTEED !!

PLease improve your service.

is there difference in prices between Aston Specialty(The Cathay) and other Aston Express outlets in those Kopitiam?

Been to Aston a few times. Food is good and price is cheap but the service is real bad. I thought soup should be served first for western food but they always serve our main course together with food. If not will be soup after main course. Hope you will improve.

Hello
Is there any extra charges for a meal during Christmas or will it be the same pricing as usual?
Also, is it compulsary to order from the Christmas menu (if there is) or do we have a choice to order from the usual menu?

i just went aston@east coast on new year day for dinner..went ard 10pm and was appalled by the level of hygiene...a white dish cloth was on the floor and one of the waitress just picked it up from the dirty floor and threw it back to another waitress who was wiping dry the forks/spoons...she then just placed the cloth back on top of the cleaned forks/spoons and continue her wiping!!!
