I went to the Balestier outlet today during lunch and was disappointed to find it closed!! What a pity, my colleagues and I were really looking forward to having a good lunch there.

Is today's closing a one-off thing? If so, we must be really "lucky"...

BTW, I visited the outlet on Tues 23 Dec at about 12.30pm.

Balestier outlet actually close on alternate Monday or Tuesday??
Very confusing, here state Monday and on the right you state Tuesday.
Please clarify this.....
