it'd be great if you could display your menu somewhere on the blog :)

You may want to look into the ordering system of Bedok. The person who takes care of the cash counter is slow, and just spend 15 minutes chatting with a customer.

This chatting is with another 4-5 customers behind him.

It's sad when you have a good product and value priced, but are not able to sell it.

it is sad that the cashier akways take their time when taking order from customers. You got a good brand and a very good supporting products of menus, expect not good in efficient.

service wise, like the rest mentioned, my experience at the Bedok branch was bad.

i ordered take-away, it took more than half an hour for me to receive my order. they made a mistake somewhere in the kitchen i think.

but the bottomline is, the guy that passed me my food, did not bother to even apologise.

Dear friends, my apologies for been slow to react. At present, we are working very hard to follow up on feddbacks which we had recieved as well as recruiting and training new members in Astons Team. Also we are working on the preparations of 3 new outlets opening in central and east areas. As for our blog, we definitely read and follow up with all feedbacks and we will work faster to answer all queries. Thank You for all your support and understanding.

hi,
how about opening one in the West, there's a shop up for rent/sale which might be ideal for u at beauty world area.
I stayed nearby and the thought of able to walk and savour ur marvelicious food prompt me to leave this note...
PS: er... bedok staff may need some discipline but do keep their spirit high, to err is only human, most impt is to move on and not repeating mistakes. feedbacks are given in the hope to njoy the next visit!

it is sad that ya got a good name with staff which is ruining your reputation. Just want to feedback that i had lunch at your bedok branch and got to waited nearly 45min for food. Somemore i was not told of the waiting time, the food served was hot but my side order of french fries and garden salad was cold. Can i ask that a hot side order is it meant to be cold? In fact, by doing a marketing of comparison with astons and botak jones, you guys had the upper hands. it'd be great that the staff at bedok branch improve on their customer service and the quality of food. :) hope you open at the west instead i need to visit bedok branch during working days....

Hi,

I've tried the express outlet in bedok interchange, the gentlemen who introduce himself as billian is very friendly and helpful. He help me and my kid clean the table and offer menu to us like what restaurant used to have. The cashier was also patient when explaining in very detail the different type of beef ASTONS has and teaches me how to mix and matches side dish thats suits my kids and myself. i would say their customer service and professionalism is good enough for such a small coffeeshop stall like this. What do u guys expect, do read up more on botak jones, madjack and crazy angmo, they are even worse.

Just my 2 cents

Fendy

Hi there, while i believe there are staff who will try their best to provide good service (and for that i acknowledge and am truly grateful for their good service), i would also like to provide some feedback on the Bedok outlet that i hope the management can look into.

My brother visited the outlet three times because he was a fan of Astons after having had a wonderful dining experience at the East Coast outlet but he had a terrible experience at the Bedok outlet.

On the first occasion, he went to place his order to one of your male staff and was told to wait for twenty minutes. As he was about to consult his friend over the waiting time (cos it was quite late already), two girls walked up to the same male staff and he did not tell the girls that they needed to wait for 20 minutes.
Why is there a double standard in service? Is it because they were girls so they didn't need to wait? I think in the service industry, this should not be the way to go.

The second and third experiences my brother had were somewhat similar to what anonymous had mentioned - the food took too long to come and when my brother went up to them where his food was, it was then that they began preparing - they were just standing around when my brother went up to them to ask about his order.

I hope your management can look into this and give them a pep talk or something..

Ya, should display the menu to make orders easier, customers will have in mine what to order or what to eat
